Imagine this…two employees or job candidates have similar experience, foundational skills, and job-specific knowledge - yet one is hired or promoted over the other.  It happens every day – and more often than not soft skills play an important role.  KeyTrain’s Career Skills are designed to teach the soft skills needed to excel in the workplace.  The curriculum includes two hundred online lessons in five areas: Work Habits, Communication Skills, Workplace Effectiveness, Business Etiquette and the Job Search.

Educators and workforce professionals are incorporating Career Skills into their curriculum in order to prepare students for internships, part-time and summer work and well as preparing for future employment.  It is also being used by many workforce development agencies in preparing clients who are returning to work.
